Prostitute gets a�?clienta�� arrested

AN alleged thigh vendor reportedly got her client arrested on rape charges after he failed to pay for all night services.

The man, Mthokozisi Nkomo (28), of Bulawayoa��s Old Pumula suburb is in murky waters allegedly for failure to pay $5 to the alleged prostitute.

Nkomo appeared before magistrate Abednico Ndebele facing rape charges, but he pleaded not guilty.

He told the court that the woman was fixing him for failing to pay for services she had rendered to him.

a�?I never raped the woman, but she is angry because I failed to pay $5 for the night we spent having sex,a�? said Nkomo.

He told the court that he had met the woman at a bar and they agreed to go and spend a night at her place after disclosing that he was a married man and therefore they should go to her place.

Nkomo claims after an action packed night, he woke up to the shock of his life as there was no cent in his wallet resulting in him failing to pay for the services.

However, according to prosecutor Mufaro Mageza, the incident happened on 6 February at around 10pm.

It is reported the woman met Nkomo near Old Pumula clinic when she was on her way to Magwegwe North.

The accused person asked the complainant where she was going and they agreed to walk together as they were going in the same direction.

After walking a short distance, the accused reportedly pulled the complainanta��s hair and ordered her to remove her underwear and to bend holding the clinic fence.

Nkomo reportedly dropped his pants to knee level and forcibly had sexual intercourse with the complainant once without using protection.

It is said after satisfying his sexual zest, Nkomo took to his heels and the woman chased after him.

She followed the accused to his place of residence and then proceeded to Pumula Police Station where she made a report leading to the arrest of the accused.

Nkomo was remanded out of custody to 3 March on $100 bail. .
