THE South African men’s cricket team, the Proteas, have landed in Bulawayo ready to take on Zimbabwe in a hotly awaited two-match Test series starting this Saturday at Queens Sports Club.
Fresh off their epic ICC World Test Championship win against Australia at Lord’s, the Proteas arrive with serious confidence and momentum.

But Zimbabwe is fired up too after their historic England tour where they played a one-off Test at Trent Bridge, promising a fierce fight on home soil.

Keshav Maharaj steps up as captain in place of injured Temba Bavuma, while fast bowler Lungi Ngidi will join the squad for the second Test set for July 6 to 10.
