TALENTED siblings from Hobhouse high-density suburb have ventured into the gospel music industry by releasing a promising six-track album, Siya Zvakaipa. Edmore and Hlupani Mushuwa, who hail from Nyasha Faith Ministries Church International led by Pastor Anderson, say their songs carry messages of encouragement, hope and focus in the face of adversity.

Tracks on the album which hit the streets recently include Mhinduro Iripo, Munondigumbura, Ishe Ishe, Panorema and Jesu Musamusiya.
It was produced by prolific producer Olin Anderson at Kunashe Studios.

The song Siya Zvakaipa has been gaining considerable airplay on various radio stations. It is a warning to people to leave their sinful ways and follow God’s teachings.

In an interview, the group leader, Edmore, said they were a team of ambitious musicians who intended to save souls through preaching about God’s righteousness.

“All our songs are nuggets of hope. All that God wants is for us Christians to pin our trust in Him.
“Our future is in His hands. We cannot be stray animals if we keep loving Him and thanking Him in season and out of season. We are happy with our fans’ response,” said Edmore.

He added that they would soon commence live shows in their rural home of Chipinge’s surrounding areas such as Chibuwe, Checheche, Rimai and Zamuchiya.
