IN a heart-warming display of sisterhood Miss Grand Zimbabwe, Chelsea Rose Chihera, paid a courtesy call on Miss Universe Zimbabwe, Lyshanda Moyas, in Thailand.

They met just before Chelsea flew out of Thailand.

Miss Grand International 2025 was held on October 18 in Bangkok where Emma Tiglao of the Philippines was crowned the winner.

The two queens, who share a bond as representatives of Zimbabwe, spent quality time together, discussing their experiences and sharing words of encouragement.

Rose said her visit was a gesture of solidarity, showing her support for Lyshanda as she takes on the challenge of representing Zimbabwe on the global stage.

“Last day in Thailand had to come and support Lyshanda Moyas. We’re in Good Hands,” she said.

This is Lyshanda’s first international pageant.

Thailand welcomed more than 100 contestants on Sunday.

Held under the theme “The Grand Universe: The Power of Love, The Power of Thailand,” the event marks the fourth time Thailand has hosted the global competition.

The final coronation will be held on November 21 at Impact Muang Thong Thani.

On arrival, most of the contestants converged in Bangkok and they were dressed in striking black attire to pay tribute to the late Queen Sirikit Kitiyakara, the revered Queen Mother of Thailand.
