SOCIALITE Patricia Jeke, popularly known as “Jack”, who is facing two counts of cyberbullying, has been granted U$100 bail.

Jack allegedly made defamatory and offensive statements against Felistas Murata, better known as Mai Titi and another complainant, Ziwange Shingirayi Wishes, on social media platforms.

The complainants are being represented by lawyer Ms Devoted Nyagano, who is holding a watching brief, while Jack is represented by Mr Tawanda Machinga.

Prosecutor Ms Tinashe Maposa told the court that the first complainant is Murata.

The State alleges that sometime in 2025, Jack posted videos and messages on Facebook and TikTok in which she described Murata as a prostitute and a thief.

She allegedly further claimed to be the former girlfriend of Murata’s husband and made derogatory remarks in Shona directed at the complainant.

The court heard that Jack allegedly visited Murata’s residence and left soiled clothes and used tissues beneath a bed.

When confronted about the incident, she allegedly went live on Facebook, where she labelled Murata a witch and a thief.

The State further alleges that Jack made offensive remarks about Murata’s daughters, claiming that one was a lesbian while the other was involved in prostitution.

In the second count, the complainant is Ziwange Shingirayi Wishes. Prosecutor Maposa alleged that on February 9, 2026, Jack sent a WhatsApp message accusing Ziwange of posting comments about her on Facebook.

After Ziwange denied any involvement, Jack allegedly responded with threatening messages.

The State alleges that Jack subsequently published a series of social media posts accusing Ziwange of engaging in extramarital affairs.

She allegedly went on to claim that Ziwange was transgender, that her husband was gay, and that she had used witchcraft to cause the death of her husband’s child.

The court further heard that Jack allegedly posted that Ziwange was HIV-positive and receiving antiretroviral treatment.
