WATCH: PIPE BURSTS, TAPS RUN DRY: Gweru water supply cut after Gwenhoro mainline fault

WATER supply in Gweru has been disrupted after a major burst along the Gwenhoro mainline forced the city council to halt pumping from Gwenhoro Dam.
In a statement, the local authority said:

 

“Due to a burst pipe along the Gwenhoro main line, pumping has been temporarily halted. Our team is on-site working to rectify the issue as soon as possible.”
Council promised to update residents once repairs are complete.
