Eight police officers face murder charges

SHAMVA Police Station officer-in-charge and seven other policemen have been arrested in connection with the death of a man in search of a thief at the weekend.
Chief police spokesperson Senior Assistant Commissioner Wayne Bvudzijena yesterday said the eight policemen were expected to appear in court soon facing murder charges once investigations have been completed.
