TN Harlequin Luxaire is on a collision course with its workers after serving them with contract amendment notices on Tuesday.
The notices signed by Mrs Susan Cakana — the group human resources manager — are emphasising on performance-based remuneration. TN Harlequin workers have been given seven days to sign receipt and acknowledgement of the new contract terms, failing which they would be fired.
