HARARE CITY coach Mark Harrison says his team will go into tomorrow’s battle against CAPS United as underdogs. The Sunshine City Boys were relegated last season and had been preparing for life in the Northern Region Division One for the better part of the off-season only to be given a new lease of life back in the top-flight after they were roped in to replace How Mine.
They have signed Kuda Musharu and defender Elisha Muroiwa to add experience. But, Harrison who four years ago was at the helm of Makepekepe, believes Harare City can get the maximum points.
His assistant Mark Mathe also knows a lot about the Green Machine where he won a league title.
“The good thing is we are a team which only two weeks ago were looking forward to play in the First Division. But, thank God we are back in the top-flight.
“We are ready to face CAPS United but there is no pressure on us. The pressure will be on them to win the contest.
“We were bound to play in Division One, and there is no need to put the boys under pressure. We will be relaxed and will be trying to enjoy football. We want to play entertaining football and, of course, try to get results.
“I believe we have assembled a squad which is good enough to do the job,” he said. Harrison said he respects CAPS United.
“I respect CAPS United very much. They have a lot of experienced players and I am sure they will have a say on the title. They will obviously be fighting for the championship with their rich experience.
“They have a great coach and everything there is great. But, we will try as much as they will to beat them on Sunday.
