VARIMI vokurudzirwa kuti vasiyane nekatsika kekutenga mumikoto mbeu, seyechibage, nemishonga yekufiritisa mbesa, asi kuti vatenge muzvitoro zvakanyoreswa zviri pamutemo.
Kurudziro iyi inotevera kuwanda kuri kuita makoronyera anotengesa zvekurimisa mumikoto mwaka wezhizha zvawaswedera kudai.
Kurudziro iyi yakapihwa nesangano rinorwira kodzero dzevarimi uye zvipfuyo reCropLife Zimbabwe, rakabatana neveZimbabwe Seed Association (ZSA), Animal Health Industry Committee (AHIC) uye makambani anogadzira fetireza, pamusangano wakaitwa muguta reHarare nguva pfupi yadarika.

Mai Nyakanda vanoti vamwe varimi vanoda kutenga mbeu dzemumikoto, vachiti dzakachipa, asi vachizorasikirwa zvakanyanya negoho.
“Makoronyera anongopenda mbeu, oendesa kumisika; haanei nokuti dzakapfukutwa here uye kuti dzichaunza dambudziko ripi kumutengi. Asi zvitoro zvakanyoreswa zvinoita mabasa nemazvo nekuziva kuti vatengi vachadzoka zvakare mwaka unotevera vachida kuzotenga mbeu nokuda kwechivimbo chavanenge vave nacho. Kunyangwe fetireza nemishonga yose yezvirimwa nemhuka zvinofanira kutengwa muzvitoro zvakanyoreswa zviri pamutemo kuitira kuti varimi vasarasikirwe,” vanodaro.
VaKudakwashe Chimwanda, vanove nhengo yeexecutive committee kuCropLife Zimbabwe, vanoti zvirimwa zvinofanira kuchengetedzwa kuburikidza nekuwaniswa manyowa, fetireza nemvura.

kuvandudzwa, zvinobuda mazviri zvichipinda mumisika yemuno neyekunze,” vanodaro.
VaDzidzai Munhutu, vanove murimisi kuZimbabwe Fertiliser Company (ZFC), vanoti varimi vanofanira kutenga fetireza muzvitoro kana kumakambani akanyoresa zviri pamutemo.
