Mutare-based producer cry for recognition

Fungai Munyoro
MUTARE-based music producer and singer, C Bleech, real name, Kudzai Gwaze, is a disappointed man.
He has come out guns blazing, accusing local fans of not appreciating their music.“Our local music is not being appreciated, yet we want to market ourselves at home first before spreading our wings to other areas. We are being overshadowed by our Harare counterparts,” he said.

C Bleech is working with various local artistes staging shows around the city every first week and last week of the month.

“We have started with free shows during the first week of February at Mr T and Meikles Park. We were thrilled by the response and our aim is to perform in popular meeting places. The whole idea is to market our music and studios locally,” he said.
