WFP, UNFPA votsigira kurimwa kwemapindu

SANGANO reWorld Food Programme, rakabatana nereUnited Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), vosimudzira raramo yevagari vekumaruwa kuburikidza nekuvatsigira kuti vaite mabhindauko ekurima mapindu emiriwo (nutritional gardens), izvo zviri kuvawanisa raramo pasi pechirongwa cheResilience Building Programme.

Masangano aya ari kushanda nesimba mukutsigira zvinangwa zveHurumende zvinoendeka zvemaSustainable Development Goals (SDGs), zvikuru sei SDG 2, ine donzvo rekurwisa nzara; SDG 3, inovavarira kusimbaradza utano nekurarama kwakanaka kwevanhu; uye SDG 5, inokoshesa kuenzaniswa kwemikana pakati pemadzimai nevanhurume.

Faith Dube, uyo anova nutritionist kuWFP, anoti vari kudzidzisa vanhu vari munharaunda kuti varime mapindu emiriwo kuitira kuti vasangomirira rubatsiro rwunobva kuvatsigiri pasi pechirongwa cheResilience Building Programme.

“Patinopa vanhu chikafu nekuvadzidzisa zveutano, tinovakurudzira kuti vashandise zviwanikwa zviri munharaunda dzavo kuti vave vanhu vanogona kuzviraramira vega pasina kumirira chikafu chekugoverwa bedzi. Tinovafundisa kurima miriwo yakadai seminyemba, manhanga, chibage nezvimwe zvirimwa zvidiki zvinotirira zuva pamwe nekuchengeta zvipfuyo, tichitsigira zvirongwa zveHurumende zvemabusiness units, izvo zviri kubatsira vagari vekumaruwa kuti vave neraramo yakaenzana nevamwe vavo vari mumaguta,” anodaro.
