FINANCE Minister Tendai Biti was yesterday heckled by Bulawayo residents and the business community over the “lavish” lifestyle of Cabinet ministers from his MDC-T party and his budget’s failure to respond to the problems affecting the city.

Submitting their contributions during the 2013 National Budget stakeholder consultative meeting at a city hotel, the participants also accused the Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai and ministers from his MDC-T party of lavish spending.
